Excellent Amenities and Location
modern equipmentrefreshing swim
The fitness center exceeded my expectations. It included modern equipment. I found the 25-meter swimming pool great for a refreshing swim. The location was also very convenient for exploring.

the staff was helpful with directions.
The hotel lacks convenient amenities. There are NO ice machines. getting ice required calling the front desk. also, the room was very dark! i had to use a flashlight to see the coffee machine. Really odd.

noisy fanold place
The reception area felt more like a sports hall because it was so big. The bathroom fan made a lot of noise! The place is a bit old. I found these issues frustrating.

The lobby was not comfortable. It felt more like a cavernous hallway. there weren't many comfortable chairs available for meeting friends. the lack of an on-site bar or restaurant also bothered me. I had to walk around the block to find a pub. the food there was average, not what i hoped for. it.

the location was acceptable as it was close to many attractions.
the room looked older than i expected. scuffs marked the walls, and the sheets felt rough. the receptionist lacked basic courtesy and didnt respond to my question.
